Food Bank Hits the Road With October Mobile Food Pantries

Effort Brings Food Directly to Those in Need

Fresh perishable items (dairy, grains, produce and protein) and dry goods are offered free of charge to northern Indiana residents.  The Food Bank's mobile food pantry team sets up tables at pre-scheduled locations where people can "shop" and select items that best meet their needs.

The pantries are first come, first served for those in need of food assistance, based on product availability, while supplies last.  Patrons must provide a valid photo ID (driver's liscense or Indiana ID) and are asked to bring bags or boxes to transport their  items home.  ** Please note - due to adverse weather conditions, there is a possibility that a mobile food pantry could be cancelled.
