If weather conditions are adverse or there is a limited amount of product available, there is a possibility of cancellation.

What's offered: Fresh perishable items (example: produce, grains & protein) and dry goods FREE of charge. First come, first served, while supplies last to those in need of food assistance. Please bring bags or boxes to transport items home.

This service is available to all northern Indiana residents in need of food assistance

 

Starke County Healthy Mobile Market

When: Thursday, July 25, 2019

Where: James R. Hardesty Hamlet/Davis Township Fire Station and Community Center, 15 W. Indiana Ave., Hamlet, IN 46532

10 a.m. - Noon (CDT)

This healthy mobile food pantry is proudly sponsored by The Hardesty Memorial Endowment Fund through the Starke County Community Foundation.

Fresh perishable items and dry goods FREE of charge. First come, first served, while supplies last for those in need of food assistance. Please bring boxes or bags to carry items home.

In addition, the following USDA items will be distribute: low salt canned garbanzo beans, pinto and dark red kidney beans, dry great northern beans, dried cranberries, canned cling peach slices, canned pork, long grain rice, low sodium canned spinach, bottled orange juice, frozen beef round roast, frozen pulled pork and milk.
